The Mississippi Department of Education is announcing the Spring 2023 cohorts for the AIM Institute for Learning and Research’s Pathways Professional Development in-person and hybrid courses, which will assist teachers and educational leaders in furthering their ability to apply the Science of Reading, while supporting Mississippi’s mission to prepare students to compete in a global community.ĪIM Pathways will offer two hybrid courses that are customized for Mississippi teachers and leaders that include asynchronous learning as well as two in-person training sessions with experienced AIM facilitators.
